I hold a Master’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering and have also expanded my research to include hydrogen energy, electrochemical research, and lab evaluation. Researching catalyst innovations for PEM electrolyzers permitted me to work with others in publishing a number of papers in the field of sustainable energy, which my Master’s thesis also contributed to. I have also transitioned to work for one of the major household appliance companies on the other side of the supply chain as it relates to product certification, standardization, and regulatory compliance. I have oversight to rubrics for the lab’s testing and certifying of appliances, drafting compliance documents for the appliance certification, and upholding standards on EN 60335, EN 30-1-1, RoHS, and REACH principles. I also facilitate sponsor tem certifying audits for TMP, TRF and CTF, track compliance principles for 150 jurisdictions, and also act as a tier 2 support for internal teams and customers. I also support the mediation of ISO 14001 Environmental and Sustainability Management System to the greater organisation. I prioritise learning, collaboration, and, most importantly, regulatory compliance focused on innovation.
