As an Air Traffic Controller (ATC) he was working at the Control Tower, Communicating with the Aircrafts, controlling them to fly in the Maldivian air space and giving them clearence to land and take off. Before starting his job as an ATC officer he got trained in Singapore for 3.5 months. He successfully completed the programme with distinction in most subjects.

He is the Co-Founder of Biz4maldives Pvt Ltd. Main Objective of this company is to perform in the space of serving the Maldivian Government Projects. Biz4maldives Pvt Ltd is a trusted name in the Government Tender Board of Maldives and has been successfully winning various government projects. Beside government projects Biz4maldives Pvt Ltd has also been serving the Tourism Industry (Hotels & Resorts), which is largest industry in Maldives.

Panorama Comcare Pvt Ltd was founded in 1995 as turnkey IT solution company. It was started due to the strong interest that Mr. Ikram Hassan had in the field of IT. His Vision was to offer Turn Key solutions to Maldivian market. This company partnered with several world leading IT brands such as DELL, APC, D-link to offer their products to the local market with Manufacturer support. However after Fi-es Systems Pvt Ltd was registered in India in 1999 he changed his Vision and started focusing on Software.

Fi-es Systems (http://www.fi-es.com) was founded in 1999, as a step to expand software development operations. This was the birth of Fi-es brand. Since then Fi-es have developed full fledged ERP Solutions for various industries. Retail, Restaurants, Services, Hospitality (Hotel, Travel and Tour Operations), E-Governance, Human Resource Management. Since this was an expansion Fi-es Systems inherits the strength of Panorama Comcare Pvt Ltd that started its operations in 1995.

Played football for School Football Team. Among the top Table Tennis players in School. Played some Cricket, Basket Ball, Badminton, Tennis, Swimming, Diving, Wind Surfing. Activities and Societies: Cub, Scout, Junior Cadet, School Prefect, Vice Captain of Ghazee House.

Full time program where he studied Business management and Organization behaviour, Computers, Software development and System Designing & Implementation. Gained enough academic knowledge required for me to take my business forward. Activities and Societies: Studied Information Systems Management, Organizational Management and Behavior, System Analysis and Design, Software Development & Mathematics, My strong interest in business made me quit the programme end of 3rd year, which is the year of placement.
