Verantwoordelijk voor het werven en selecteren van kandidaten voor diverse functies, van eerste contact tot plaatsing. Beheerde het volledige recruitmentproces, inclusief vacature-intake, sourcing, voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en onderhouden van relaties met zowel kandidaten als opdrachtgevers. Gericht op het realiseren van duurzame matches en het behalen van KPI’s.

Bood klanten ondersteuning via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Loste vragen en problemen snel en efficiënt op, gaf advies over producten en diensten en zorgde voor een positieve klantervaring. Werkte nauwkeurig en klantgericht om tevredenheid en loyaliteit te waarborgen.
