- Monitoring Internatioal moves for expatraites ( CMA CGM, CEVA, THALES, SUEZ, ADF...) About 300 files per year for an annual turnover about 1.5M€. - Setting up annual reports, implementations of projects and strategies for the following year. - Monthly analysis of margins and turnover. - Qualitative and Quantative reporting to clients (Twice per year). - Customer Care (customer portfolio 15 clients). - Administrative development of the corporate contracts bids/ Setting up of partnership contracts. - Communicate wuth suppliers, customers to achieve profitavle deals and mutual satisfaction. - Recruiting and Training the administrative team, according to availabilities and requierements. - Team Management.

- Coordinate international moves (200 moves - 500k Euros). - Work closely with carriers and establish quotes for international shipments (Air, Sea, Road). - Collect customs documents for Import and Exports moves. - Plan moves with logistic department and agent around the world.

- Building an understanding of customer and client requierements . - Prospect clients in Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg), North Africa (Algérie, Morrocco, Tunisia) and Middle East. - Create an e-commerce website. - Organize an exhibition in Algeria. - Arrange international shipments -about 30 shipments -Sales Turnover 10K € (for fairs, samples, new clients). - Organize warehouse (storage and expedition area).

- Conducte import and export customs process for fairs and clients. - Organize pre- and post-carriage and shipments (road, maritime and air transport). - Create customers’ files and followed up until invoicing.

- Search and select Asian furniture providers (3 selected in China and Malaysia). - Negotiate with Asian furniture providers (order 10K USD). - Follow-up importation and exportation.

- Elaborate marketing plan. - Prospect clients in the Middle East (UAE-Qatar). - Coordinate successful launch for promotion events. Assist with the design and content of branded publications inclunding invitations and other printed marketing designs. - Update websites.
