Connect Technology Center is the engineering business Unit of Connect Group. As director of its Design and Development pilar, my role is maximizing its revenue while granting the required design and development services to the group and its customers: • Manage and coordinate commercial and operational area, leading, mentoring and supervising a team of engineers and technicians to complete projects in time, cost and quality. • Define and ensure fulfillment of design and development methodologies that best fit our market and technologies. • Prospect and attract new customers for EMS business through earlier stage electronics design and development services. • Quote and stablish pricing policies. • Ensure technological support to the group's manufacturing locations. • Push and coordinate the group's innovation activities and their finance through available public and private grants and funds

Within Ikor Technology Centre, the group’s company dedicated to R&D activities, my role was quote, lead and manage customer Electronics equipment design and development and factory projects for European and American customers and production locations. My role’s responsibilities were: • Requirement collection, project costs quotation and deliverables preparation. • Project planning and monitoring • Progress and cost tracking. • Customer report • Team management • Execute FW development activities within projects.

Within the R&D department of the company my role was the lead and management of Satellite, Cable, and IP television equipment development projects, including design, prototype, validation and industrialization of products. My activities included: • Task and cost tracking • Active dedication to activities of every phase of product development: • Embedded electronics design & development • Simulation, schematics & PCB layout • FW Development (bare metal, RTOS, Embedded Linux) • Validation and Compliance testing • Team coordination.
