PT. Berlina Tbk provides plastic packaging. Company is to serve the industries of cosmetics, pharmacies, food & beverages, industrial goods etc. My role as a procurement at PT Berlina Tbk is to procure materials, supporting packaging, machines, spare parts, IT goods, office stationery as well as warehousing and expedition rental or transportation. • Preparing documentation for each sourcing activities, vendor selection process (tactical & strategic bidding) • Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor purchase is approved by management and send official Purcase Order to Vendors • Order updated to requestor about the delivery timeline • Monitor the goods arrived in good condition on time and in accordance with the order • Prepare documents for payment cash in advance, check invoices from suppliers so that the invoices match orders and items received, then to process payments to finance • Maintain relationship with vendors

Having strong collaboration with cross functional team (plant team, marketing team, supply team, supplier) to be able to contribute significantly on any new imported product development project My responsibility to handle for all export imprort process including regulation and administration and manage related licensing documents to be accurate to enable on time clearance process at the most efficient cost. • Manage shipments by sea, air and land, search for vessel schedules, make shipping instruction (fcl/lcl) • Coordinating with freight forwarder / PPJK for PIB /PEB, coordinating with Logistics and Sales team for delivery and cargoes packaging • Prepare and check export and impor documents customs clearance such as PEB/PIB, invoice, packing list, BL / AWB, COO • Rechecking PPJK billing invoices and coordinating with finance for PIB payment. Calculate freight costs • Monitoring shipment progress and solving for any problem during customs clerance process and Informed to team once cargoes have been ready to clear out • Manage for Re-Import, permit applications such as non-new goods at the Ministry of Trade, cooling goods at Surveyor (LS) / Sucofindo, completeness of data at OSS • Manage for facilities in import activities such as exemption from import duty from Investment Coordinating Board (Masterlist BKPM), exemption from VAT from the tax office • Monitor until LC is released, Creat open LC, Check draft LC, acceptance and promise document • Responsible for audit customs process . These activities may include providing the appropriate tariffs code, assist in custom audits. • Arrange meeting Government this provide alignment and support in order to gain project’s goal, provide relevant report in regard to projects and productivity In this case I get ability to work independently and in team, strong critical analytical thinker, understanding in Export Import Procedure, knowledge Custom Clearence Procedur, good time management, interpersonal skill, communication.
