• Providing first and second line technical support to clientele and support network maintenance tasks • Working hand in hand with installation team to commission clients as per agreed company standard • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution. • Troubleshooting and resolving network related issues from basic to intermediate level complexity. • Planning, designing, and implementing network development work. • Quality of Service reporting.

• Monitoring Packet Switching and Data Switching Core Nodes. • Network Performance Monitoring KPIs. • Reporting, escalating, and following up on Radio Access Network incidents. • Creating and closing Request for Change (RFC) and trouble tickets. • Monitoring IN/VAS alarms and Configuring service board. • Supporting transmission, wireless and core network implementation changes in the network.
