• Develop and provide professional procurement leadership and expertise within the country to ensure maximum value is achieved from and throughout the procurement process for all sub-categories or some categories. • Demonstrate compliance with company policies and processes. • Responsible for purchasing process of Indirect materials including civil projects, machinery spare parts, office facilities, marketing items, and business services for 3 Factory (Bekasi, Bogor, and Pasuruan) and 3 Hatchery. • Responsible for purchasing process of packaging materials for all De Heus Indonesia Factory from sourcing suppliers, price negotiation, quality improvement and arranging delivery to fulfill production plan. • Analyze price, cost, and technical specification to achieve cost reduction targets. • Assist sourcing and supplier selection process for De Heus Joint Venture companies (2 Plants) • Identify & select potential suppliers based on commercial term, delivery, and quality. • Conduct tendering process for selling company’s assets. Achievements: • Achieve 17% budget saving (IDR 1.78 billion) for Indirect Material Purchase. • Reduce packaging material purchase cost by 7.25% (IDR 442 million/month). • Generate profit 47% (IDR 530mil) higher than market price in Selling Company’s Assets project. • Implement Purchase Request process through ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics365).

Responsibilities: • Conduct end to end purchasing process of Indirect material goods and services for plant & office facilities, equipment, production tools, IT, and office supplies. • Analyse price, cost, and technical specification to achieve cost reduction target. • Review commercial terms for overseas supplies. • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers. • Coordinate with superior and inter department in establishing policy and flow of indirect material purchasing process. Achievements: • Receive and process purchasing requisition worth IDR 74 billion in 2021 with cost reduction around IDR 10.4 billion (14%). • Create standard Purchase Order and Contract document based on global guidelines. • Create Import/Overseas Purchase flow process.
