Oversaw and delivered the: - Program Delivery Office - Human Capital Management Solution (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Payroll, UKG/Kronos Dimensions, Sodales Disability Management, Andgo, Workjam) - shared Electronic Medical Record system (Meditech Expanse)

Main Responsibilities: - Project and Program delivery within Clinical Areas - Developed multiyear strategies for the hospital and/or specific clinical areas - Strategic project advisor to Epic HIS implementation - Delivered a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program comprised of 17 projects known as Program Dose (objective: ensuring each patient receives the right medicine at the right time with the right dose...all while reducing preventable harm) - Developed a vision and strategy which outlined how healthcare will be delivered in 2030 and beyond - Developed a three-year strategy and implementation plan for Critical Care Services

• Managed the #1 strategic program at SDM, Program Delta (an initiative to redevelop SDM’s Pharmacy Dispensing application known as HealthWATCH) Objective: refactoring the code base and introducing Paperless Workflow to reduce the time it takes to fill a Pharmacy Prescription) • Accountable for the end to end Program Plan (integrating 11+ streams from both the Pharmacy Business & IT partnering project streams, defining interdependencies and critical path items) • Oversee and ensure Program Benefits are attained (reducing the average time to fill a prescription and freeing up more time for Pharmacists to spend with their patients) • Proactively managed, escalated and resolved program risks & issues • Developed and tracked to the $100+ Million program budget and provided quarterly updates directly to the CFO of SDM • Integrated, managed and forecasted for the 70+ Program resources required on any given day • Evaluated all change requests and assess overall program impact • Helped develop/enhance, if needed, the training and operational support frameworks • Development and maintenance of all applicable vendor MSA and SOWs • Established the, first of its kind in Shoppers Drug Mart, Program Office Processes (Program Change Requests, Risk & Issue Management, Date Changes, Financial and Resource Management, External Dependencies, Governance Structures & Meeting Cadence) • Chaired key program status and leadership governance committee meetings • Compiled all Program Delta’s communication for SDM’s monthly Initiative Management Committee (membership of all SDM’s C level audience)
