Responsibility to monitor, inspect the work activities, systems and procedures of primary contractors and subcontractors, on behalf of the client , on the construction, maintenance and management project. Produce and review risk assessments, method statements, SOP’s and other elements of safety management systems which were not previously in place and monitor workplace health and hygiene standards Evaluating work conditions and recommends improvements in safety and health methods, practices, and procedures. Promote the understanding and benefits of a positive safety culture through ownership, reward and recognition, compliance and continuous improvements. Undertake inspections of work activities investigate incidents and complaints, produce and review risk assessments for SOL activities. Ensure permit to work system is applied to relevant jobs & carried out as required by the company standard. Investigate breaches of safety regulations & produce appropriate reports as required by the company & client procedures.
