Over 20 years in Government Service (Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Industrial Policy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Office of the President of Ukraine), including more than 15 years in Diplomacy and 8 years abroad (Embassies of Ukraine in the USA and in the Republic of Poland). Ph.D. in Economics, Master’s Degree in Foreign Policy, Economic Diplomacy and International Business Management, International Security, NATO and the EU issues, Diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Minister-Counselor. 10 years lecturing and mentoring experience (International Business and Economic Diplomacy). 5 years of scientific experience, including Senior Fellow in Scientific Research Institute. 7 international trainings and special courses (Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Canada, Hungary, Estonia, India). It’s hard to mention all industries, branches, niches and cases that I was responsible for or involved in, including infrastructure, transport, energy, agriculture, IT, R&D, FDI, trade policy, security issues, sanctions, intellectual property, entrepreneurship etc. facilitating the fusion of government affairs, economic diplomacy and international business. Concrete achievements in international relations, including bilateral security agreements network and Ukraine’s Peace Formula, bilateral trade facilitation (exports boost), FDI attraction (investments growth) and business entities support (problems solving, barriers braking, successful case portfolio). Over 200 international events participated with over 70 forums and conferences, including as a as a speaker. Excellent crisis & time-management and logistics experience during the COVID-pandemics and russian military aggression against Ukraine, assisting the President, the government, helping citizens and supporting businesses. Dozens of high-raking visits, including arrangements of business meetings for the President and the Prime-Minister, and over 3000 personal contacts in business, government and NGOs made.

Achievements of 4-years work in Poland: 📈 Poland - 🥈largest trade partner & export market of Ukraine (after China) (in four years we succeeded to move Poland from the forth to the second place as the largest trade partner and export market of Ukraine in the world with almost USD 12 billion bilateral trade in goods and services in 2021 & export growth was over 1.5 times with a positive trade balance first time after 2004) 📊 Polish investments to Ukrainian economy reached in 2021 over USD 1,1 billion after decade of stagnation on USD 0,6-0,8 billion level) 🥇Quantity of Polish companies with Ukrainian capital & founders/co-owners almost doubled to 22 thousand business entities (close to 25% of the total number of businesses with foreign capital in Poland) 🏆 Significant progress was made in energy, agriculture, IT, transport & infrastructure industries - with a good prospects to boost hydrocarbons imports to Ukraine through Polish border and Ukrainian electric energy exports on Polish market.
