* Monitor the credit quality of assigned corporate borrowers including periodic review of borrower financial statements, covenant compliance reports, press releases and news articles, rating agency and equity analyst reports, industry information. * Prepare credit memoranda for assigned accounts including annual reviews, renewals, amendment, waiver requests and financial updates. * Coordinate the credit process amongst the various product and risk teams to ensure an efficient turnaround of transactions. * Attend bank meetings and/or client calls with the Relationship Manager. * Interact with M&A team to coordinate on client investment strategy. * Maintain reporting related to portfolio including exposure tracking and other general reports. * Ensure compliance with the Bank’s rules and procedures.

* Analysis of financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Key ratio analysis) * Writing detailed commentary on the profitability, credibility, the overall performance of counterparties. * Perform regular reviews and credit risk monitoring * Supervise existing commitments including covenants checks and report on problem loans. * Negotiate contract agreements with the Relationship Manager

* Provides primary analytical management support for Portfolio Manager. * Responsible for credit analysis, credit write-ups and credit risk control tasks. * Prepare credit applications and grading reviews to determine client creditworthiness. * Use bank resources to conduct client, industry and transaction research and analysis. * Participate in business meetings and/or client calls with the Relationship Manager.
