* Projects Handled: * Supervision of the Construction and finishing works of 6 units of 5 bedroom duplexes at Victory Park Estate, Jakande Roundabout, Lekki, Supervision of the Construction of Queens Court (2 units of 18 rooms each) at Jakande Roundabout, Lekki, Renovation works at Banana Estate at Alpha Bay, Igbo-Efon, Lekki and Supervision of Various site works. * Core Job Responsibilities: * Planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects. * Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification. * Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and sub-contractors. * Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. * Ensuring that building methods and procedures complies with current building codes and regulations. * Supervision of the Contractors from the construction stage to the finishing stage (The plastering, P.O.P, painting and Tiling stage). * Writing of technical reports on site activities and evaluation of contractor.

* Projects Involved in: * Supervision of the Construction of 2 Storey Classroom Block for Lagoon Primary School 1(Lekki Phase 1, Lagos), Supervision of the Construction and Building of an administration block for Whitesands School (Lekki Phase 1), and Supervision of the construction of several residential houses. * Core Job Responsibilities: * Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractors. * Generated bar bending schedules from structural drawings. * Supervised and co-ordinate staff, Sub-Contractors, material suppliers and Utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme. * Regularly checked Structural and Architectural drawings for accuracy of calculations.
