Responsible for Chile, Perú and Colombia enabling Merchants Funds Acceleration by ensuring adequate liquidity to meet business needs. I oversee Merchant Bank Account and Fund Management, modelling and ensure compliance with the minimum required capital and liquidity reserve for regulated entities. In addition to this, I manage relationships with banks, ratings agencies, and the Global Treasury Group based in Berlin. Also currently working to implement a host-to-host connection that enables seamless processing of automatic payments directly from the ERP system. I also ensure complete visibility of cash levels for each entity, and secure compliance and authorization for vendor payments and foreign trade transactions. Overall, my role involves managing the company's cash and treasury operations, ensuring that all transactions are executed accurately and efficiently to meet the business's financial obligations.

Responsible for managing liability over U$246M and negotiate with banks, rating agencies, and investors. I forecast short and long-term cash flow, debt and capital structure, and cost of funds. I also maintain relations with vendors and business partners, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and optimizing the company's financing.

Responsible of managing funding structures both private & public, put in place bank lines, corporate liquidity, investments and risk managment. Responsible for the optimal operation of the treasury, the cash flow managment and proposal of debt strategy, as well as the cash flow forecasting of the branch

I was part of a Trainee Program at the Treasury Team in Banco de Chile (Bank of Chile), where I had the opportunity to participate and rotate within 3 different areas: sales, trading and gaping & funding. Later I was assigned to the funding and gaping team, where I was assigned the mission of planning and developing a tool wich would allow us to predict certain strategies and decisions in the market, and thus, be able to obtain an increase in rentability in the fixed rent. This analisis of the rest of the banking industry agents, allowed us to choose better decision-making strategies and favored our positioning as a company in this area.
