Manage turn-key solar installation pilot program for 24 US retail locations for JPMorgan Chase as part of their goal to source 100% renewable energy by 2020. Pilot playbook will be used to roll out program to over 2,000 retail branches; the largest retail solar installation undertaking to date. Support C&I business development efforts by analyzing prospective clients’ energy supply and electricity markets to assess risks and opportunities for their energy procurement goals; onsite asset cash purchase, offsite power purchase agreements/virtual power purchase agreements, conventional energy procurement. Act as technical point of contact for team and clients by providing analytical support to determine best market solutions for short and long-term energy strategies of over 20 clients. Subject matter expert in solar system design, rate structure and energy cost analysis. To date, designed 60 MW of solar projects for major healthcare, banking, automotive and tech clients.

Led a redesign of the utility payment process for Google. Reduced late fees and located savings in the first phase of the project. Created custom carbon reporting for clients. Data used in companies’ public reporting sources (e.g. website, CDP reporting, annual report) Analytical (SQL, Tableau) and project management support in energy and resource cost savings programs.

Led energy supply and performance strategy development for Canada Post’s portfolio of buildings. Negotiated $150,000 in natural gas cost avoidance in the first month.

Supported the company’s successful zero waste program through analytics and employee engagement Developed consistent, reliable and measurable waste and water management practices for corporate clients. Acted as a green building consultant for LEED building certifications of multiple major bank retail branches. Provided sustainable facility operations guidance to bank (TD, Scotiabank, BMO) and telecom (Bell, Rogers, Telus) clients by focusing on waste and water program management.

Performed indoor air quality, asbestos and mold spore testing. Collected samples and analyzed them in the laboratory using appropriate analysis techniques as per local and national regulations. Was responsible for report delivery and remedial recommendation to clients.

Worked with advanced ultraviolet light laboratory equipment running experiments on live algae cultures. Research results applied to industrial UV water purification systems used in Trojan Marinex ballast water treatment systems to ensure that tankers and cargo ships expelled clean water into open ocean and foreign seas.
