• Responsible to processing payments of import shipments of plywood suppliers from Indonesia, Vietnam, China and Thailand • Providing support to the Treasury Department by processing invoices/banker’s acceptance, preparing payments (TT remittances, fund transfer, cheque, cashier orders etc), bank reconciliation and filing documents • Maintain up-to-date daily record of outstanding import shipments and monitor close daily foreign exchange USD currency • Maintain relationships with banks by booking foreign exchange currency rate with bank dealers and follow up the status of payment transaction • Responsible to verify invoice, delivery order, checking import shipping documents and liaising with forwarding agent • Prepare monthly payment forecast of local suppliers and record all daily transaction by using SAP software • Organize and maintain all records and responsible maintaining utilization of trade facility, issue letter of credit, banker acceptance financing and other bank financing documents

• Responsible for conducting monthly cash audit at front office and food & beverage outlets • Record daily cash collection report and monthly cash report • Prepare reimbursement report and finalize all documents by end of month closing • Responsible to manage casual labour of part timer worker and trainees • Manage to prepare local currency and foreign currency rates for guest • Organize and maintain all records and responsible taking care of float money of general cashier in accordance with policies and procedures • Prepare daily revenue report of hotel on daily basis, check figures and postings for correct entry when needed • Issuing invoices for rental and utilities for tenants by monthly • Audit the daily food & beverage collection, verifying cashier's remittance to general cashier's report • Monitor close with petty cash and daily cash collection with no shortage

• Assist on managing migration files such as broadband fiberization files (BBF) and service modernization (SILICA) files on daily basis • Preparing acknowledgement letter to TM One customers and follow up with account managers • Being mediator towards existing customers in the current/new project of upgrading from copper cabinet (Streamyx) to using fiber optic (UniFi) • Reporting and updating to subordinates about progress SILICA, BBF, JS, JU and PRI Modernization files

• Verify the vaccinees’ identity, review their vaccination appointment via the MySejahtera app and take note of any health condition or allergies that they may have • Distribute vaccination consent form to vaccine recipients • Guide the flow of vaccine recipients at the PPV • Ensure crowd abidance to Covid-19 SOPs • Address and resolve queries from vaccine recipients • Extend support and help to the medical team when needed
