I am an experienced financial and Human Resource analyst of over 30 years, passionate about people development, organizational culture and it's influence on performance, as well as the development of structures to facilitate the effective management of organizations. I enjoy mentoring young people and consider civility/etiquette an imperative for cordial relationships and therefore for society. I write philosophical articles for magazines, am an avid collector of paintings and objets d'art and am on the Board of NGOs involved with youth (Ovie Brume Foundation), church (Lagos Resource Centre and Marriage & Family Life) and women (current Chairman, Board of Trustees of WIMBiZ Women in Management, Business and Public Service). I was a delegate to the 2014 National Conference and appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture and Water Resources. I strongly believe in human potential.
