• Managing product development from concept to production in the Space communication field. • Defining system parameters and scope for variable products, while translating marketing requirements to technical system requirements for the development team. • Researching for viable solutions for concept products for the company’s portfolio. • Developing and maintaining customer relations. • Working with Space communication standards such as CCSDS and DVB-Sx in both RF communication and Optical communication (Wired and Wireless).

• Leading embedded SW/HW project and product development from concept to production, in the field of Video transmission over wireless network and via WAN/LAN. • Taking overall responsibility for project management • Collaborating with system engineers, product managers, SW developers and other stakeholders to maintain a steady and up-to-date schedule of each project, while managing tasks forces in a cross-management environment. • Reflecting defects, risks, and suggested improvements for the development roadmap for the company’s higher management • Using tools such as Jira and Confluence in planning sprints according to the company's development plan leveraging agile methodologies. • Managing 5-7 projects in parallel, including a project for the company’s biggest customer in the medical devices field which included support, features development per customer’s demand, and a yearly release schedule for a more than 3 million USD contract • Managing a team of 5 engineers, using both Manual and Automation methods for testing Embedded Firmware, RF Capabilities, Video analysis, API and UX/UI. Leading the team through ISO 13485 regulation.

• Leading the full product lifecycle development, starting from product research, definitions & characterizations from MRD stage to delivery. • Managing the company’s high-rated customers, analyzing their needs and managing development proposals and vendor costs to produce competitive estimates. • Providing global customer support for international companies. • Working with and synchronizing all of the company's departments for both new projects and products within the company in order to reflect customer's needs and issues. • Supporting software/hardware integration and implemented maintenance enhancements to bolster product development cycle. • Deep understanding in a variety of technical fields including wireless communications, Network Management, and advanced Drones technology.

• Managing customers' projects through all its stages: from product characterization, through intermediate versions and up to product delivery. • Keeping project on schedule and within budget while serving as project leader. • Providing on-going support to the project and continue managing its business and technical development. • Working and synchronizing with all the company's departments - Hardware and software development, mechanical design, production, manufacturing, sales and marketing. • Understanding a variety of technical fields including wireless communications, professional video production, drones, and VR. • providing primary customer support to internal and external customers in fast-paced environment. Providing on-site world-wide support to customers, facilitating POCs, product demonstrations and exhibitions.

• Design of various microwave components for integration in circuits using imaging programs, including HFSS, Ansoft Designer and CST; • Planning of testing setups for microwave cards and components and conducting tests to validate the development of those cards through intensive use of the specialized testing equipment for microwave components (spectrum, network analyzer, power meter, etc.).

• Providing support for local customers at the Tier 2 level for the company transmission products, including handling and solving problems • Work with the QA team and the company’s development abroad • Instruction for new customers as well as new employees of customers of the company products • Problem solving at the RF, SDH, PDH and Ethernet levels

• Technical support for customers at the Tier 3 level for company products and handling and solving problems; • Problem solving at the system level for a wide variety of systems: RF, SDH/PDH and Ethernet; • Working closely with customers, including travel to their offices anywhere in the world; • Discovery and documentation of bugs at the programming level and hardware on company products; • Operating Ethernet, SDH and radio testing equipment.

• Maintenance, development and problem solving in complex communication systems, including RF and digital systems; • Specification of testing setups for communication and RF systems and work with the specialized testing equipment for communication systems (network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, scope, etc.); • Familiarity with and specification of the parameters of the communication and RF systems; • Technical advice to the maintenance teams at various levels regarding various communication and digital systems; • Documentation of problems and writing of operating procedures for various technical matters; • Instruction of new soldiers joining the staff in particular and the unit in general.
