As a production manager at a manufacturing plant, I oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. I have 2.5 years of experience in this role, and I am also pursuing my bachelor's degree in engineering/industrial management at Shenkar, one of the leading institutions in engineering, design, and art. I have acquired skills in operations management, computer hardware, and computer maintenance, which enable me to optimize the performance of the production equipment and processes. I am passionate about applying engineering principles and creativity to solve complex problems and improve the productivity and profitability of the manufacturing industry. My goal is to continue learning and developing my competencies in this field, and to contribute to the innovation and excellence of the manufacturing sector.
