In the role as a Global Strategic Purchaser, I manage a global portfolio with a two-digit million euro annual spend in the areas of Yaw Systems, fire suppression systems, conditioning, covers, and coil sites. Main focus is on driving procurement excellence through strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and strong supplier relationship management. Key Responsibilities include: • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities • Strengthen supplier relationship management to enhance collaboration and performance • Develop and implement commodity strategies for long-term competitiveness • Lead cross-functional commodity teams to align business objectives and ensure efficiency • Drive negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms and ensure risk mitigation • Develop and execute end-to-end cost-out initiatives to ensure optimization
