Having successfully completed both the Training of Trainers (TOT) and the "Be An Ambassador for Sustainable Development" initiative, we solidified our learning by developing a project specifically aimed at contributing to Egypt's Vision 2030. This hands-on experience notably improved my presentation and public speaking abilities, empowering me to lead initiatives on sustainable development, share our learnings with colleagues, and effectively advocate for sustainable development practices.

This program aims to empower young leaders with critical thinking and creative problem solving skills. We achieved 2nd place on our cohort while making a project that works towards maintaining healthy fisheries in Beni-Suef using a combination of three helpful methodologies: Systems Thinking, Scenario Planning, and Theory of Change contributing to the SDGs No. 6 Clean Water and Sanitation and No. 14 Life Below Water and Egypt Vision 2030. Equipped with tools to support decision-making, action planning, and persuasive communication of ideas based on real life data, feasibility and opportunity.
