Audit the financial reporting processes and financial statements of investment managers, specifically hedge funds, private equity funds, and funds of funds, to opine on the fair presentation of the financial statements -Perform substantive audit testing procedures in areas including Financial Instruments, Capital Activity, Realized Gain(Loss) /Net Change in unrealized gain(loss) from investments, Cost Roll-forward and Financial Reporting -Test the allocation of income, expenses, management fee, incentive fees and waterfall adjustments for multiple funds with varying capital structures adheres to the governing documents of the fund -Directly corroborate with Partners, Managers and Associates and accustomed to working within tight reporting deadlines
