• Supervise and lead shift teams in the operation of gas cleaning and sulphuric acid production units, ensuring safe and efficient operations • Monitor process parameters via DCS and field inspection, taking corrective actions when deviations occur • Oversee start-up, shut-down, and emergency procedures in accordance with SOPs and safety guidelines • Ensure proper functioning of ESPs, scrubbers, and mist eliminators for optimal gas cleaning performance • Maintain continuous off gas, SO2 conversion, and SO3 absorption processes with minimal emissions • Prepare shift reports, maintain logbooks, and conduct effective handovers • Coordinate with maintenance and instrumentation teams for routine and breakdown maintenance activities • Implement safety and environmental procedures; participate in toolbox talks and HAZOP studies • Ensure availability and quality of raw materials (sulphur, process water, etc.) and manage utility consumption • Mentor junior operators and assist in operator training and development

• Calculating and controlling the production quality and quantitiy • Controlling chemical material stock, waste processing, and work safety management • Monitoring running equipment and instrumentations • Make and controlling the production documents and reports • Increase the knowledge and skills of production operators

• Controlling the production capacity process of 220 tons/day • Manage the main tasks and functions of operators during the production process so that daily targets achieved • Perform administrative management of production operators • Controlling and supervising factory maintenance

• Testing pH, conductivity, and Total Hardness on production water using a pH meter, conductivity, and Integrated Chemical Instrument • Perform maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used • Regenerate production water • Test the purity of oxygen products using a portable oxygen analyzer

• Taking samples in the field in the form of air, noise, and water samples

• Monitoring of laboratory practicum participants • Provide technical guidance to laboratory participants and deliver SOPs at work laboratory • Inspecting the practicum participant reports
