• Managing strategic projects end-to-end, from ideation to implementation • Monitoring and coordinating all projects across the company from a portfolio perspective on behalf of executive leadership • Supporting the productization and commercialization processes of internally developed software solutions • Leading internal innovation programs by managing idea development and project execution phases • Conducting research on emerging technologies and assessing early-stage applicability within the organization • Reporting directly to the General Manager; facilitating alignment and coordination between teams and executive leadership • Serving as a member of the startup evaluation and selection committee for the corporate startup investment fund

• Manage the operation of Turkish Airlines Technology, Innovation ve Entrepreneurship Platform Terminal • Analyzing emerging technologies, preparing briefs on likely impacts, benchmarks, business models and possible business development options • Developing ideas based on future projections and evaluating innovation projects • Searching and selecting the potential partners to develop together the projects • Forming partnerships on an ad hoc basis based on program or project needs with; Academics, Universities, Technoparks, R&D Institutes, Investor networks, Startup/entrepreneur networks, Incubators and accelerators, Public institutions, government and industry bodies • Executing technical investigation, idea development through experiments, prototyping and pilots using lean, agile product development methods • Managing projects, coordinating all parties and handing over the developed products to Business & IT teams • Manage the operation of Invest on Board Platform for startups (Invest on Board is a platform with which Turkish Airlines enables entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas to masses, and to access potential customers or investors) • Creating and managing platforms to share resources with developers (API, data, etc.) • Organizing hackathon, datathon and competition for specific innovation needs or problems of the company • Designing and executing incubation or acceleration programs • Create and deliver monthly digital innovation newsletter to all of the Turkish Airlines employees
