Position: Construction Manager. Project Title: Sedra District Phase 1B. Client: Roshn Group. PMC: Hanmi Global. Contractor: Alkifah Contracting Company. Project Value: 1Billion SAR. Scope: (Earthworks & Substructure & Superstructure & Precast Work & Finishing activities & Infrastructure & Landscape) for 88 buildings, Local Mosque, Gomaa Mosque and Community Center with total BUA 231,500.00 sqm. Responsibilities: • Lead the construction plan for the project ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Prepare required plans like Execution, Subcontractors, Equipment, Manpower and required Materials. • Oversee the execution of engineering project, coordinating tasks among team members. • Ensure adherence to all safety, environment standards and Quality standards. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively. • Monitoring and controlling wastage of material to reduce the cost. • Monitor in progress activities with the Company Manpower and subcontractors by following the daily production rates. • Manage all subcontractors and suppliers invoices. • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to achieve the target plans across the project. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective project management.

Position: (Civil-Arch) Senior Project Engineer. Project Title: COASTAL VILLAGE Z-TYPE BUILDINGS (MEGA FAST TRACK PROJECT). Client: Red Sea Global. Consultant: DAR Al Riyadh. Project Value: 706 Million SAR. Scope: Design and build for (Earthworks & Substructure & Superstructure & Precast Work & Finishing activities & Infrastructure & Landscape) for 40 buildings. Responsibilities: • Review the scope of the project work according to the contract. • Responsible for all project execution for all activities. • Fully awareness of baseline schedule and coordinate with technical office, procurement, MEP and other departments. • Performed project management tasks for site work and support all staff, SPR prepared as per site requirements. • Managing all subcontractors work and solve their issues. • Considering Safety and environmental issues during the work. • Grow customer recognition by fast action and respond to customer complaint. • Improve project coordination for reduction of rework cost. • Maximize resource utilization by control material waste (Within specified limit) • Review the work progress on daily basis.

Position: Project Engineer. Project Title: Execution of projects group no 05 part 03 (15 Schools in Riyadh). Client: TATWEER BUILDINGS COMPANY. Consultant: AECOM. Contractor: Alkifah Contracting Company. Project Value: 200 Million SAR. Scope: (Earthworks & Substructure & Superstructure & Concrete Work & Finishing activities & Infrastructure & Landscape) for 15 schools with different prototypes (26/28 - 26/26 - T05). Responsibilities: • Review the scope of the project work according to the contract and review the time schedule. • Analyzing and understanding construction drawings such as plans, sections, and elevations to guide the construction process. • SPR prepared as per site requirements. • Responsible for all project execution for all activities. • Check the project budget and monitor and control the budget throughout the project life cycle. • Considering Safety and environmental issues during the work. • Improve project coordination for reduction of rework cost. • Review the Procurement Process and how it’s going according to Site phases requirements depend on time Schedule. • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports. • Closing all snag lists for 15 school, managing all Warranties from Subcontractors, Suppliers and all close out documents requested to closing the project.

Position: Project Engineer. Projects: • Two schools in Riyadh with client Ministry of education. • Warehouse storage in Riyadh with client Ministry of Defense. • Administrative building in Riyadh with client Ministry of Interior. Responsibilities: • Managing work at the site and deal with suppliers and the factories to bring the requested materials. • Managing productivity for equipment, labors in the site. • Control material waste and rework in the site. • Making quality reports MAR, MIR & WIR, ETC. • Site coordination, monitoring work progress. • Responsible for the invoices submitting for the owners and the subcontractors. • Management, Supervising the Construction, installation, testing and commissioning of all civil and arch work. • Managing all Warranties from Subcontractors and all documents requested to closing the project.
