Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with telecommunications equipment and service providers. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries of high-quality goods and services. Cost Optimization: Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies, including price negotiations, volume discounts, and vendor selection, to maximize cost savings while maintaining quality standards. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technology advancements, and market conditions to make informed procurement decisions and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Inventory Management: Oversee telecommunications equipment and material inventory levels. Ensure adequate stock levels to meet operational demands while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. Budget Management: Collaborate with financial teams to create and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying areas for cost control. Supplier Diversity: Promote supplier diversity by seeking opportunities to engage with minority-owned and diverse suppliers, fostering a more inclusive supply chain. Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions, product quality issues, and contractual disputes. Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration, Supply Chain Management. Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

Responsible for organizing the activity in thefinished goods warehouse regarding the reception, handling, storage, and transfer of materials in compliance procedures. Deliver perfect execution of daily operations and ensure high-end Customer Service level. Control the cost of the WHand deliver operations cost targets according to budget plan. Maintain and enhance Safety in Operations and promote safety culture to ensure on-going zero accidents. Preserve the high-Quality Standards of goods in warehousing, including ice cream andfrozen foods products, and the quality touchpoints with distribution. Organizes the warehouse team to fulfill the work agenda. Manage and optimize all WH processes and collaboration with others to drive improvements on service levels, costs, efficiencies, quality, processes improvement & simplification and promote smartwarehouse operations and automations. Maintain stock integrity and deliver the operations efficiency targets of the site, including labour & warehouse utilization KPIs. Strong leadership & coaching skills to build team performance

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. Prepare accurate reports for upper management Requirements and skills Proven experience as logistics coordinator Experience in customer service will be appreciated Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration Ability to work in a fast paced environment Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular) Proficient in standard logistics software Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple purchase orders at once
