• Responsible for Technology area PR losses and Minor stops reduction on glide path. • Make sure that quality defects/scrap generated in technology area reduced to zero defects. • Monitor material usage losses in technology area on glide path. • Responsible for the verification phase of new initiatives/projects. • Responsible for organizational development, skill matrix completion area operators/ technicians. • Improve CIL & Centerline parameters. • Conduct root Cause analysis via FI tools. • Make sure that PM and Process Control Strategy exists. • Own Operational Skill Matrix for their technology area and train & qualify operators. • Actively participate in DDS (helps to analyse data, formulate actions, and set priorities for the day through LIR). • Participate in corporate trainings and other trainings as per skill matrix. • Set Area workplace standard and coach and qualify equipment owners’ others to follow it. • Ensures shift team are well presented through taking pride in the company uniform and that they observe personal hygiene standards and behaviors that enhance the company image. • Ensure Prepare daily stopping report, production, and quality product, as our company system. • Support the identification process of function related OHS hazards and environmental aspects.

• Coordinates with materials planning to ensure accuracy and availability of all materials in support of plans. • Track and manage inventory levels of Finished Goods and WIP to ensure they stay within planned levels and safety stock levels on daily basis.

Worked on Facility layout planning  projects to ensure that there is a smooth flow of production material, equipment, and manpower at minimum cost.
