“Domy Beauty” Company is an online platform offering a variety of home services. Our customers use our website to book services such as personal care, beauty treatments, massages, cleaning, and more, all delivered in the comfort of their homes and at a time of their choosing. We promise our customers a high-quality, consistent, and reliable service experience. To deliver on this promise, we work closely with carefully selected service professionals and provide them with training, high-quality products, tools, and branding to help them succeed and deliver on this promise. Our vision: To provide customers in the UAE with unprecedented access to all services at home. “Domy Beauty” was launched in April 2023 in Abu Dhabi when it realized that the home services sector was largely unorganized and fragmented, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers struggled to easily access high-quality services, as they were unable to travel to receive services due to the pandemic and had to rely on numerous intermediaries, contractors, and local collection centers. Sensing that the sector was ready for change, I launched “Domy Beauty”& keeping three key principles in mind: 1. Customer satisfaction: Building a website that offers truly enjoyable and distinctive services. 2. Building customer trust: Building deep and complete trust with customers by offering services in the comfort of their homes at any time, contributing to an improved overall experience. 3. Focusing on innovation, development, and quality first: Bringing innovation, keeping pace with development, and focusing on customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products and services that will revolutionize the beauty and personal care services sector.
