- Identify material requirements based on planning department requests. - Analyze the market to select optimal local suppliers. - Request and evaluate supplier quotations. - Issue purchase orders and coordinate delivery timelines. - Review and process supplier invoices with finance. - Coordinate with quality control for inspection reports. - Coordinate with customs clearance for free zone documentation. - Inform the warehouse with delivery schedules and coordinate adjustments. - (Side role) Manage air freight shipments for exports, including shipping documents and samples to clients.

- Compare different price rates from different freight forwarders. - Getting ACID code, and booking with our service providers - Receiving & reviewing bookings in order to be shared with our suppliers. - Receiving B/L drafts and reviewing them to be aligned with final shipping instructions, and sending it for the supplier for their reference - Tracking the shipment until the destination arrival. - Receiving & reviewing shipment documents before our supplier upload them on CargoX. - Cross checking all the documents related to Form 4 to present to customs, and uploading all required documents on Al Nafeza. - Responsible to deliver formal documentation for monetary transfers upon receival of proforma invoices to the finance department. - Revise and approve freight forwarders Invoices for payment. - dealing with customs clearance companies and following up the customs clearance procedures to ensure the correctness of the procedures. - Coordinate and following up with transport companies after completing the customs clearance process so that we can deliver the goods to the warehouses safely.
