Responsible and accountable for the development of the "Remote Operations Centre" Qualifications framework, subsequent training, assessment, supervision of Operators and their outputs, as well as further individual and Team development. Managing and developing the Team responsible and competencies for remotely operating the Plants and equipment within the Globeleq portfolio such as Utility Scale Solar and Wind Farm Main/Setpoint Controllers, Inverters, Wind Turbine Generators, Mini-substations, MV & HV Switchgear, Transformers etc. Direct reporting and Quality assurance on all significant performance and compliance reporting with internal and external Stakeholders. Maintenance Management, Work planning and Control (ERP and CMMS utilization) Developing the long term strategic plan and the management framework for the Team. Forming part of the Operations Team, responsible for Management, Operations and Maintenance.

Realtime Performance Monitoring of Utility Scale Renewable assets for breakdowns, anomalies and events and respond accordingly to optimise production, safety, availability and other KPI's. First level fault finding, corrective action, escalation and dispatch of onsite O&M personnel/teams to attend to outages, faults, communications infrastructure failures and any warnings or events. Improve performance, reduce downtime, and increase availability of all equipment, systems and infrastructure, in order to continuously improve quality of output, both human and machine.

Assisting with the testing, installation, and qualifying the of 'modifications' (upgrading) on Open loop, Closed loop, and Cascade control systems and plant equipment. Fault finding, calibration, maintenance and replacement (upgrading) of plant systems, and equipment or components pertaining to the measurement and control of: Temperature Level Pressure Flow Output devices (control valves, fans,heaters) Analyzers (Liquid & gas, conductivity & pH etc.) Recorders Controllers Radiation under extreme conditions (heat stress/radiation/explosive environments/heights/oxygen deficient environments, as well as working on "K1" seismically qualified and post accident equipment). PLC programming Basic knowledge of SCADA Hardware and software troubleshooting Maintenance (planned, preventative, and corrective) Understanding of Relay, electrical, and flow diagrams Understanding of measurement and control concepts and principals Investigating defects on plant Inspection and testing as required Planing and preparation of work to be performed Technical presentations Use of a variety of test equipment 1E Soldering Admin duties
