Key Project Oversights ◈ PMO Establishment: Built and scaled new Project Management Offices to deliver strategic oversight across Oman-based portfolios. ◈ Strategic Bidding: Directed bid formulations and organizational objectives to secure high-value contracts and ensure project profitability.

Provided full-service project oversight for developments in Oman, directing change management processes, coordinating multi-disciplinary staff, and managing financial performance against client deliverables/schedules.

Key Project Oversights: ◈ 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗺𝗮𝗻 (OMR 270M) — Led full-lifecycle delivery of the flagship development, including facade works, 350 retail units, and municipal road network handover. ◈ 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗿 (OMR 45M) — Delivered a 150-unit new-build mall to LEED Platinum standard, managing from enabling works through to tenant handover. ◈ 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿 (OMR 15M) — Achieved LEED Gold certification for the new-build development while maintaining strict budget and programme discipline. ◈ 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗺 (Redevelopment) — Managed the OMR 8M complex redevelopment including new anchor units, VOX Cinemas, and car park expansion. ◈ 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗮𝘁 (Expansion) — Directed the OMR 30M refurbishment and expansion while sustaining live retail operations and minimizing shopper disruption.
