SUMMARY: I managed the production of clinical trial kits and drug distribution for clinical trials. Later on , I became the site project lead for the implementation of ERP system for the site. I built a team to support the growth in the production suites and the distribution of clinical collection kits and drug. We implemented standard work instructions for building kits and configured them to match individual client’s requirements. We implemented 5S into the work place and performed a series of value stream mapping events to drive waste out of processes and measure takt time in the assembly process. HIGHLIGHTS: Having the control and resources to make a difference in the capacity expansion and planning of the operation. Providing Leadership to the staff and receive the trust of senior leaders to make the changes required for growth.

Participated in the ERP implementation for 5 manufacturing plantS from legacy systems to JD Edwards and WMS with barcode technology. HIGHLIGHTS: During the transition from top down management to bottom up was an enlightening experience. Creating a work environment where all workers can share and contribute to driving out waste and improving the work through empowerment.
