* Finance Lead of key acquisitions - Peoples bank, egg and appraisal of various co brand partner relationships (bmibaby, shell, easyjet, audi) * Assisted with various M&A deals across EMEA (specifically, Denmark, Germany & Sweden). * P and L reporting by product type, year of investment, distribution channel. * All financial controls & governance including Sox implementation * Marketing investment appraisals (c. £30m spend per annum) * Cost base reduction (12%) through back office offshore migration.

* Manufacturing Division Budget, including P&L, B / Sheet, Cash Flow and detailed spend forecasts. * MRP Systems Implementation. * Development of Critical Success Factors within division, breaking these down to departmental level. * Benchmarking against competitors and setting targets for manufacturing and warehousing areas. * Five year review of all manufacturing requirements, including Site, Plant and Machinery. * Development of Activity Based Costing within the Company.

Key lead in a process improvement program to remove £4m from the non operational cost base (15%). Developed through standardizing the optimal approach across 16 operational centers. Developed financial understanding for all new Commercial initiatives as the organization moved away from purely cash processing to a more end to End servicing model for key retailers. All management, Board and statutory reporting in a highly regulated environment.

* Manufacturing organization. * Revised the whole pricing strategy to increase margins (resulted in a lift in profit from £2m to £4m). Achieved through assessing margins on an entire product line (vs singular pricing). * Annual Budgeting and Forecasting, & implemented a rolling quarterly forecast. * Developed detailed sales plan, & operational roll out, to ensure the optimal on shore / offshore decisions were made. * Set up sales & margin reporting for both distribution channel and product type.

Hoist UK is both a BPO service working with the major banking institutions on defaulted loans, along with one of the largest purchasers of non performing assets in the UK. Experience to date - Finance lead on the c. £100m purchase of the Compello Group based in Milton Keynes. Along with it's subsequent integration and ensuring the value add is delivered. Consolidation of the various finance requirements for all UK Group entities, into a single site finance operation. Building a team capable for future organic & acquisitive growth. Development of various commercial opportunities to support the growing EBT agenda. Implementation of a more robust control framework.
