As the President and CEO of AtkinsRéalis, I lead a world-class engineering services and nuclear company dedicated to engineering a better future for our planet and its people. I have 30+ years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects and leading businesses across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Since 2019, I have been at the helm of AtkinsRéalis, steering the company's vision towards creating value by simplifying and de-risking business operations, delivering high-quality global services locally, and executing a strategic roadmap that ensures financial resiliency, accelerates both organic and inorganic growth, and creates value for shareholders. In 2023, I spearheaded the unification of several brands under the name AtkinsRéalis, marking a significant inflection point for the company after years of successful transformation into a leading Engineering Services and Project Management firm. My efforts were recognized in 2024 when I received the International Business Leader of the Year Award from the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. I am deeply committed to advancing sustainability from discussion to action, addressing pressing global challenges such as climate adaptation and the transition to clean energy, including nuclear power. I am also dedicated to fostering a culture where our values of safety, integrity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence are lived every day.
