I was the ICT manager for the Arts Council managing their local IT team and their end to end IT environment including their infrastructure, applications and 3rd party vendor management.

Responsible for managing an enterprise client’s diverse IT environment, including infrastructure, Windows, VMWare, Citrix and their desktop estate. The client has offices in five countries around the world and we are providing 24x7x365 support for their IT systems.

I was the primary transition manager in Ireland and successfully managed the transition of several global accounts into HP. I also successfully delivered a several infrastructure project to build a greenfield IT environments and migrated mission critical applications onto the new systems.

I managed the IT environments and Data Centre hosting services for multiple customers in different business sectors including Banking, Public Sector, Telecommunications and Utilities.

I managed the service desk for the Capital Market’s division of a major Irish bank supporting their server and desktop environments and ensuring the successful delivery of contracted services to the bank.

I was responsible for managing diverse IT environments, including infrastructure, Windows, VMWare, Databases and applications for clients in the Irish sector. I managed IT teams and 3rd party providers in different countries to deliver a variety of services and support to ensure the successful delivery of contracted services to customers.
