As a Channel/E-Commerce Consultant and a Global Director of E-Commerce at Skyworth USA, I leverage my MBA degree, CRM skills, and brand building expertise to create and execute effective e-commerce strategies, optimize customer journeys, and manage stakeholder relations across multiple markets and platforms. I also have a strong background in operations and general management, having led the CGI inc. as a VP and GM for 15 years, overseeing the supply chain, logistics, finance, and marketing functions of the company.
