While a manager at growing art supply store, I put my excellent customer service and organizational skills to use. I was responsible for overseeing staff, merchandising products, and interfacing with customers, employees, and upper-management. My experience there gave me a better understanding of materials and processes, niche retailing, and administration.

I supervised after-school activities for children ages 5 - 13 at a private progressive school.

My responsibilities at Dig included organizing materials and crew, installing hardscape and landscape, clean-ups and maintenance of residential gardens, creating beautiful flower arrangements and seasonal decorations.

The National Science Foundation's REU program offered comprehensive laboratory research, scholarly didactics, research ethics training, and professional research dissemination. I presented co-authored poster at Brooklyn College’s Science Day which helped to develop my written and verbal communication skills.

My responsibilities at EXOvault included assembling products, preparing materials, and assisting with merchandising products. I became familiar with new varieties of woods, plastics, and metals. I operated machinery such as the laser engraver, metal finishing tumbler, and lens cutters. Assembling products was very detail-oriented work, each aspect of the process was streamlined in order to work efficiently. Other duties included loading/ unloading deliveries, attending weekly meetings, and cleaning the shop. Occasionally, I worked with the company owner and sculptor Jonathan Schipper as an assistant, helping prepare artwork for shipment and installation.

I have many years experience as a gardener providing installation and maintenance of residential urban gardens. I take pride in having a clean and professional demeanor while working with soil, plants or paint. I enjoy using my creative skills to help pick out color palettes and create beautiful garden installations and flower arrangements.

VisualAIDS is a non-profit organization that archives and historicizes the work of artists who are living with and who have died of HIV/AIDS. I facilitated the organization of digital images of works by artist members into an online database for public viewing.

Nothing Space is an artist studio and presentation hub dedicated to ambitious and original ideas shared in an intimate setting. We are a community of visual artists, performers, scientists, and writers. We strive to engage people through interactive art, discussion, education, and activism. In opening up the dialogue around art we hope to have a positive effect on the broader community.
