* Responsible in daily generation of Open PO Report from Ariba and SAP. * Responsible in updating Open PO Report tracker and in Ariba of Acknowledge and Overdue PO’s base on the respond in the email. * Responsible in daily monitoring and ensuring on time delivery of materials in the Refinery. * Responsible in calling unresponsive supplier to make a follow up on the status of delivery of materials. * Providing monthly on time delivery report * Providing monthly escalation log report * Providing back-up in other business unit if needed. * Conducting monthly meeting with the business unit. * Ensuring safety by doing BBS (Behavior Based Safety) monthly.

* Responsible in asking confirmation in the end user if they have received the materials. * Responsible in doing Good Receipt once end user confirmed the materials. * Responsible in doing Service Entry. * Responsible in checking of invoice or work ticket if it matches in the system. * Responsible for the approval of the matched invoice and ariba.

* Responsible in weekly monitoring and ensuring the availability of all raw materials and packaging materials requirement that will be use in production. * Providing weekly inventory count of all third parties to ensure availability of materials. * Reporting all critical raw materials to the materials planner. * Providing Supplier Delivery Schedule to all suppliers and making sure all orders will arrive on the given day on the SDS. * Encoding all deliveries that arrived in the warehouse using SAP. * Providing Purchase Order copy to all suppliers imported or local. * Coordinating with all third party to meet the weekly finished goods requirement * Coordinating with all suppliers to deliver Raw Materials and Packaging Materials on time * Responsible on quarterly inventory count.
