* Successfully led a team of 35 Telecommunication Engineers to establish and maintain a communication site with in a mobile network system. * Responsible for surveying and sighting up to 5 terrestrial base stations using UHF and SHF equipment. * Prepared Path Profile Analysis and Frequency assignments to establish up to 15 direct line of sight links. * Involved in trouble shooting and supervising networks maintenance. * Successfully carried out the role of the Senior Telecommunications instructor heading a team of 10 highly motivated Telecommunication Engineers. * Responsible for the detailed planning and co-ordination of all course programs and training packages to ensure the students gained the maximum out of an 8-10 week course. * Instructed in line of sight and mobile network systems using VHF, UHF and SHF equipment’s, also covering Antenna Propagation, Path Profile Analysis, Frequency Assignment, Network Maintenance, Surveying and Sight Planning. * Presented a most comprehensive training package to the Zimbabwe National Army Signals Unit while on a 5 week exchange visit.
