Working at a medium size winery overseeing all processes of winemaking, from maturity sampling to fruit receival until finished white, rose and red wines. Main duties include managing the laboratory and the performance of all analyses, cross-checking results and making oenological decisions accordingly, participation in all tastings from maturity analysis until final blending, organisation and preparation of wines to be ready for bottling as per demand given by the finance team, work management in the cellar all year round, quarterly meeting with the scientific team under the umbrella of Endeavour Drinks, constant communication with off-site storage facilities for wine preparation and wine transport liaison. All of this while working closely with the Senior Winemaker.
