I’m Ayush Verma, an AI Product Manager; AI Product Engineer based in Bengaluru, building intelligent, production-grade products at the intersection of AI systems, product strategy, and engineering execution. Over the last 4+ years, I’ve worked on taking complex, high-impact ideas from whiteboard to real-world deployment, designing full-stack SaaS platforms, AI copilots, analytics systems, and enterprise workflows that deliver measurable business outcomes. At Prestige Group, I currently lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives across retail and operations. I’ve spearheaded the development of PREOSS, an end-to-end SaaS platform that digitized leasing, fitouts, approvals, invoicing, and revenue workflows, cutting turnaround times by 75% through deep workflow automation and SAP-integrated APIs. Alongside this, I’m building LLM-powered copilots for customer support, legal, and leasing teams — applying RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering to solve real enterprise problems, not just demos.My work consistently blends: • Product thinking — PRDs, roadmap design, user journeys, metrics, and business cases • Engineering depth — FastAPI, React, cloud deployment, data pipelines, and system design • Applied AI — LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, evaluation frameworks, and safety-aware AI design. Previously at boAt, I worked across product analytics and large-scale system rollouts, implementing nationwide DMS/SFA systems, building BI dashboards used by CXOs, and engineering data pipelines that powered high-volume business decisions. That experience shaped how I think about scale, reliability, and operational impact — principles I now apply to AI products. What sets me apart is a strong bias toward shipping: I don’t just prototype AI ideas I deploy, measure, and iterate them in real environments with real users.
