I oversee my teams initiatives, and make robust, data-driven corporate decisions that elevate the company’s financial and operational performance. As a senior leader at Shiptonaija, I foster a positive, inspiring, and collaborative work environment that empowers employees to actively work toward companywide goals. I am the key representative of the company in communicating important decisions to business stakeholders and the public, I manage the company’s overall development and ensure that general operations run seamlessly as employees accomplish established goals, I also monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams, I have also created a positive company culture through strong and inspirational leadership.

I worked with various departments especially customer service, sales and marketing as well as the operations team to gather quality data from various sources, identified, analyzed and interpreted trends from the data which in turn always helps the management to make business data driven decisions.

I was involved in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations. I created a process for feedback survey to ensure steady flow of information back to the organization. I review the effectiveness and quality of incoming calls, outgoing calls, tickets and emails to determine weaknesses in both customer service representatives and service performance and establish solutions to improve. I enforced compliance with the company’s quality systems.

I successfully completed Lagos Business School's Senior Management Programme, a transformative journey that enriched my strategic thinking and leadership. Through diverse modules, I gained insights into evolving business trends and honed agile decision-making. This experience equipped me with advanced problem-solving skills and a global perspective, enabling effective engagement across cultures. The SMP's impact is evident as I now navigate complexities with confidence and innovative approaches.
