I completed 29 years of exemplary and conscientious service with Lloyds Banking Group prior to taking voluntary redundancy in September 2016. My most recent managerial roles included Operational Risk, Framework & Policy and Country Risk Management. Prior to this were the roles in which I felt most skilled which included wider managerial roles in Corporate/Credit Risk Management and specifically the design, creation, testing, implementation, training, MI and usage reviews across the UK and Europe of the corporate risk rating systems, primarily PD/LGD, working closely with developers, project teams, risk teams, in house IT teams and, most importantly, the business users (credit and relationship teams).
