In 2019, I founded Hilights.studio, focusing on the creative aspect and refining production processes for multimedia content creation. At the core of my vision is the idea of the inseparable connection between media art and media design. The studio actively participates in media art festivals worldwide, creating interactive and immersive installations. With over 14 years of experience in computer graphics, I lead these projects as both Creative Director and Media Artist. To date, our installations have been showcased at prominent media art festivals across the globe. We bring the best insights from this experience into our commercial projects. In creating commercial projects, I prioritize maximum transparency for clients, as the industry can often seem complex and unclear. As Production Director, I have built flawless internal production processes, ensuring we never let down our clients and always deliver projects on time and at a high standard, regardless of their technical complexity.

Specializing in media design, I spent four years collaborating with leading studios and contributing to some of the most high-profile projects in the industry. I began my career as a 3D Generalist, handling end-to-end 3D scene creation, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing. As my expertise grew, I built a team and took on increasingly complex and large-scale projects. I dedicated significant effort to mastering the nuances of multimedia technologies, allowing me to excel as a supervisor. In this role, I created optimized workflows for designers, ensuring a clear understanding of technical constraints. As an Art Director, I leveraged the strengths of stage setups and maintained the artistic integrity of each project. Simultaneously, I took on project management responsibilities, focusing on transparent production processes for clients and creating a flexible, efficient workflow for my team. Working under tight deadlines, I consistently delivered high-quality results on time, earning an impeccable reputation within the industry.

My tenure at Channel 5, a national broadcasting network, began as a Broadcast Designer and evolved into a senior role over time, emphasizing my consistent performance and dedication to the station's vision. Here are some of the tasks I was responsible for during my time at the station: Design and Supervision: Responsible for crafting the visual identity for various broadcasting programs, including the station's flagship morning show. This task involved creating a cohesive look and feel that was both engaging for the audience and reflective of the show's content and personality. Supervision of Chroma Key Filming: I also supervised shoots in chroma key pavilions, ensuring that all technical and aesthetic aspects were adhered to. This role required detailed knowledge of both filming and post-production processes to guarantee that the final output met the station's quality standards. Camera Operation and Lighting Design: Leveraging my previous experience, I often stepped into the role of a camera operator and oversaw the setup of lighting for title sequence shoots that utilized video elements. This aspect of my work involved a deep understanding of technical equipment and an artistic eye to capture footage that would entice our viewers and set the tone for our programs. Senior Leadership Role: As my role evolved to Senior Broadcast Designer, my responsibilities expanded to include leading and mentoring a team of designers. In this capacity, I aimed to foster creativity and innovation while ensuring our work remained aligned with the network's brand identity. Throughout my time at Channel 5, I consistently aimed to deliver high-quality design work that contributed to the success of our national broadcasts and enhanced our viewers' experience

In the first stage of my professional journey, I started as a Junior Broadcast Designer. My responsibilities during this period included: - Development and filling of rapid graphics templates for various programs on the channel - Collaboration with different teams to ensure graphic content matched the tone and style of each program - Timely delivery of graphics content according to the broadcasting schedule Gradually, I transitioned to the role of a TV Broadcast Designer. This role provided a broader canvas for my creativity and technical skills. My tasks included: - Creating distinctive, engaging visual designs for television broadcasts - Collaborating closely with producers and directors to ensure graphics matched the show's themes and aesthetics - Using state-of-the-art design software and technologies to produce high-quality graphics - Continuously innovating and experimenting with new design styles and techniques to keep the visual presentation fresh and exciting Throughout both roles, I consistently demonstrated my passion for graphic design, my ability to work under pressure, and my keen eye for detail. I thrived in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of broadcast television and eagerly embraced the challenges and opportunities it provided.
