I Hsin Hsueh

I have approximately ten years of experience working in laptop manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the production processes for Lenovo, HP, and Dell laptops. Currently, in my role as a Software Analyst, I serve as both the Project Lead and Firmware Component Owner, responsible for the initial analysis and assignment of software issues, while overseeing project progress to ensure timely delivery. My responsibilities also include representing the R&D department to collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and report progress to clients. As a Project Lead, I play a key role in bridging communication between technical and non-technical teams, deeply understanding the goals and concerns of all stakeholders to help resolve issues. I also work closely with the Hardware (HW) and Thermal teams, learning from each other to enhance technical capabilities. In my spare time, I continue to learn English to better communicate and negotiate with Japanese clients and Vendors, while further enhancing my professional skills and personal relationships.
