July 2020 – March 2022 (Role: MP PE) o Focus on the UBIQUITI Unifi project and be in charge of the AP (Access Point/Wifi Router) series when they were NPI to the MP stage. o Control Yield rate and Analysis failure of Wi-fi products to find the cause and do improvement process and design o Evaluate product functionality during technical changes. o Do troubleshooting guide for RE(repair engineer) and Ops to solve defect units. o Making technical documents to upload to the system (BOM/ ECN/ECO) o Audit the process to prevent risk issues that affect the product. Give ideas to solve the problems and improve manufacturing. o Prepare data and reports for internal meetings and customers. March 2022 – September 2022 (Role: NPI PE) o Perform the NPI stage for Module WIFI & Bluetooth of PlayStation 5 (PS5) and HP wireless printer. o Responsible for project progress o Support RD do technical changes at the factory. o Analysis failures to improve Yield Rate then send out external report to customer. o Do the troubleshooting guide to transfer for the MP team. September 2022 – Now (Role: PE team leader) o Lead a team including 5 engineers to follow the AP series of the UBIQUITI Unifi project. o Control Yield rate and summary data for report to manager and customer. o Set up EE BOM and upload it to the system. o PCB order and co-work with the vendor to resolve EQ. o EE FA analysis in the FATP process. o Follow the NPI stage then transfer to other members o Support all members to work efficiently.
