- The first receives work request form operator to maintenance team. - Site check to prepare tools, materials need and manpower requirement for the task. - Base on site check, prepare job plan and submit to operation to conduct the task - To prepare permit to work, Job safety analysis, work method to conduct task. - Conduct coordinated meetings with team and other contractor to start job, - Prepare lifting plan, ventilation plan when working with crane or confined space enter. - Site supervisor to do job as : Hot work, Blinding, confined space, remove valve for servicing by crane(heat exchanger, boiler, control valve, PSV valve ,manual valve…) , lifting, leakage test… - Operator of bolt tensioning machine, bundle puller for heat exchanger,

Work as a lead of cold work to remove valve for servicing during turnaround. - Prepare job plan to start job for control valve and manual valve for servicing. - To side check to prepare material spare part ( bolt/nuts, gasket ), crane capacity, scaffolding and insulation and size of blind for install after valve remove. - Prepare lifting plan to submit for approval, - To prepare schedule for valve remove and crane require. - Prepare manpower, tool and equipment for valve remove. - Prepare permit to work, JSA, method statement before start job, - Site supervisor to remove the valve, - Monitoring valve repair status to bring back to reinstall. - Monitoring bolt/nuts tighten as per procedure

- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques .Review the work progress on daily basic . - Setting up rules and work standards so as to ensure safety of the work place. Coordinating work activities with subcontractors Monitoring performance of sub contractors and staff .Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers. - Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve and product quality - Preparing schedules, work progress, production and other reports
