CBGM is a global market spin-off of Clarity ATS, a former trading platform for Muni-Bonds in the US, focused initially since 2016 in Municipal Securities trading - with main issuers such as the State of California, Ohio and Wisconsin and New York, with large investors onboard such as BlackRock, State Street and Fidelity. CBGM is currently expanding to Africa with focus to Nigeria and South Africa in the first phase, where I advise for market placement, including other jurisdictions such as the UK and other Common Wealth markets.

Recently elected as the Chairman of the Board for Mozambique-South Africa Chamber of Commerce and Industry after 5 years acting as an Economic Advisor to improve trade and investment relations on a bilateral scale with the support of private and public firms in SA.

Acted as the Chief Economist and Board Member at the Board for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mozambique-South Africa, responsible for strategic trade strategies, and private sector analysis.

He acts as the Executive Chairman for CCG Advisory Group, a global Advisory and Asset Management firm focused in key sectors such as Energy, Fintech, and Infrastructure development in Africa. CCG Advisory is present in Africa, Mozambique, South Africa and in the US under CCG Delaware Capital, LLC. CCG is currently advising US Fintechs (Capital Markets, AI solutions) expansion to African bond and equity markets.

Business Development for Maputo Port Authority (greenfield and brownfield projects). Focused in developing integrated solutions for Port Terminals, ensuring ROI in cargo handling operations, and maritime services.

Works at the Port Authority of Maputo Port (MPDC), under DP World, Grindrod, and CFM as Shareholders. As a Senior Commercial Manager he reports directly to the CCO, holding a customer portfolio of SADC traders, miners, agro-producers, logistics agents comprising of volumes ranging from 18Mln to 30 Mln metric tons (ramp-up Business Plan till 2030.

PMI Mozambique Chapter is a non profit organization which seeks to promote the Project Management Institutes best practices. Prepared the chapter Business Plan and organised its account structure.

He acts as a Mentor to the Board of Directors at PEX, on behalf of the Newchip Accelerator program. PEX is a Mauritius Fintech providing a key universal payment service in the region, a world-class, and cost-efficient payment system infrastructure, through innovative and quality-driven services.

Road Concession is under development next to fundraisers and regulatory bodies. CCG Advisory acts as a Transaction Advisor and is developing the project next to key stakeholders including Banks (BNI, DBSA, etc), Regulators (Local Municipalities, Road Authority/ANE), and Sponsors.
