• Support the production of a weekly/monthly performance dashboard. • Create analytical dashboards in key areas of the business. • Facilitate requirement capture workshops. • Perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects and develop project rationale • Analyze information and make appropriate recommendations. • Engage with the internal developers to ensure that requirements are fully understood. • Identify and capture risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies ensuring full impacts have been understood. • Work directly with the local business, retail program Team and internal/external developers to define solutions appropriate to the business needs. • Oversee full merchant boarding process. • Working closely with clients to agree on Business Requirement Documents • Make constant analysis of the market, sales data, global data, costs of manufactured product and new releases, cost models establishing, prices analysis for external market, as well as updating and management of these. • Develop a solid understanding of overall business and corporate objectives and work under broad project direction with the ability to self-define specific tasks. • Write clear and concise documentation. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and then create visualizations and reports for requested projects. • Keeping a critical eye on system usability and user experience in general, so to come up with simple ideas/features that could make the system easier to implement, configure, set up, use, maintain. • MRP Analysis. • EDI connections setup, testing and go live production.

• Establish a collaborative business relationship by building and maintaining good working relationships with various levels of financial and operational management throughout the organization while maintaining a professional level of independence. • Update management on audit findings and activities through oral and written communication. • Perform annual risk assessments, identifying key risk areas and use to assist in the development of the annual audit plan. • Execute the audit plan and assist the Sr. Director of Audit & Compliance with quarterly reporting of results to the Audit & Compliance Committee. • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve their effectiveness and efficiency. • Work closely with process owners to review and update process documentation; make suggestions for improvements. • Coordinate and document business and IT process walkthroughs.
