+Design • Design main projects and key loctaion respecting defined architectural concepts and project brief for USA, CANADA, BRAZIL and MEXICO • Develop projects crafting volumes and studying spaces to ensure best architectural approach on macro and micro scale. • Organize and prepare presentation to be shared with Top Management • Produce reference documents for every step of the design phase until completion: Zoning, Plans, sketches, elevations, Interior order list, display capacity count and details. • Produce a design package with external consultant after project is fully approved. • Coordinate with External designer on specific concept linked to the brand's vision, challenge details and material selection to maintain a control of Budget and Timing +Project Management: • Meet with Landlord or partner to present the design concept and ensure the projects well understood and approved • Oversee coordination with internal department 3rd party vendors : security, IT, Audio/Video • Manage the realization of projects with external actors (Execution architects, Lighting designer, Millworkers, Lighting vendor, engineer, Leed consultant, local representative) +Project Finance : • Define with the HQ finance team and the local Team a budget for future stores • General overview of the Budget before bid, during construction, after completion • Overview and inputs on change orders • Value engineering • Support Store planning team with architectural details +Construction Overview : • Correct the execution drawings and shop drawings. Ensure concept and guidelines are fully respected • Visit site to anticipate unforeseen issues due to field conditions • Participate to GC Handover • Ensure the quality of finishes and compliance with the approved drawing and brand standards +Research and Development • Sources materials appropriate for design proposal • Research application appropriate for design details • Manage a Millwork Portfolio and introduce new vendors

Ensure concept and guidelines are fully respected • Manage the Owner supply items by, ordering, quoting and launching production of lighting, carpet, VM tools, Audio and Video installation, ... • Visit site on a regular basis to ensure schedule is respected and anticipate unforeseen issues due to field conditions • Lead reception of project at site and perform a seamless handover to Ops and Retail • Ensure the quality of finishes and compliance with the approved drawing and brand standards +Research and Development • Sources materials appropriate for design proposal • Research application appropriate for design details • Manage a Millwork Portfolio and introduce new vendors • Manage a vendor Portfolio and introduce new one based on the companyʼs requirements based on Budget, Sustainability, and, local productions.
